Anyone need to lose 15-30 lbs...realistic diet plans and goa

Anyone have any good ideas or tips to help me lose the last 20lbs I need to lose?
Do you eat regular breads or what kind do you buy?
Is it normal for me to ♥ sweet potato fries?
I love regular foods!!!
I can do without Tortillas or bread.

    i've lost 34 so far, but planning on losing another 22ish... if not more, it depends when i get there

    I am down to needing to lose 23lbs. I plan on doing it the same way I lost the first 24lbs. I will eat whatever I want, and portion control it. I eat white bread, white rice, and even pizza. I even go out drinking, I just kick my own *kitten* at the gym first. That is my plan, food scale is my friend, HRM is my friend, measuring cups are my friend, and small plates/bowls are my friend.

    That's all I needed to lose, set weight loss to half a pound a week, exercise lots, eat as you please as long as you don't go over your goal (gawk at diary for ideas - disclaimer, the last few weeks have a been a bit lax, but mostly before then, all good).

    if you love bread and tortillas, just make sure you are reading the label. look for higher fiber options with less fat and more whole grain. white flour processed breads make a lot of people bloated- so try and limit them.

    No diet plan, just counting calories.. trying to eat the right foods, exercise and water!

    I would say what has worked for me... I through away anything snacks... fat foods chips, cookies, cakes, sweets etc.... I went out and bought more fruits and vegetables then anything else.... I also will only buy Chicken breasts, Tuna and Eggs for my protein except I love beans but already had plenty at home! lol... umm let me see! Tons of water til you almost feel sick ;] and a positive attitude because some days I feel like giving up...... but I just keep telling myself it isn't gonna be easy but you gotta earn a sexy body!
