So here is my "before" picture. This picture was taken on the day that I knew I had to do something to change. Those pants were so tight and uncomfortable that day, I was completely miserable. They were my fat pants, and I could barely button them.
Here I am, 4 months and 11 lbs lighter. Not a huge amount lost, and it certainly is taking me a while, but I feel so much better!
Cant wait to post 11 lbs from now!
