I have been looking at both systems recently when trying to decide which one is the better choice for me. I was wondering if anyone of you have an opinion on which workout dvd provides better results? Any input you have is greatly appreciated. Thanks so much!

I have done Insanity halfway and ended up injured (plantar fasciitis). They are two completely different programs and it depends on what you are looking for. I was thrilled with the results I got from Insanity and I was really bummed I couldn't continue.
Insanity is really a high intensity cardio based program.
P90X has a little bit of everything: cardio, strength training, yoga, stretching, etc. My husband did P90X and he got good results and became a lot stronger.0
