Veggies at breakfast

Hello everyone,
What are some ways that you incorporate vegetables into your breakfast routine? I often do some veggies (green beans, spinach, anything reall) fried up really quick then added to an omelette or scrambled egg, OR make a smoothie with milk, protein powder, 100g of fruit and 1.5 cups of spinach/kale/romaine.
Any other suggestions on how to get a vegetable in with my morning meal? Some days I'm just not in the mood for scrambled eggs or smoothies.
Thanks very much!!

You could go a non-traditional breakfast route and have a salad.0

You could make a savory oatmeal. Just oatmeal, sauteed veggies, and a little meat or egg. They have rice versions of that called "congee" and they're ate for breakfast as well.0

I make a quiche with spinach and onion, baked inside a bell pepper.
I actually like to munch on carrot sticks in the morning too!0 -
i like to make scrambles, and put them over either a bed of spinich, or a bed of cooked broc/cauli. dollap of plain greek yo on top. maybe a little salsa.0

Anything low fat from Subway...then add your veggies BEFORE you have it toasted. If you do just a little shredded cheese on beforehand too, then you really don't need any sauce. Maybe just salt n pepper. I works for me. Have the footlong wrapped separately and eat the other half for lunch or next day. Since meatball and cold cut subs (very high fat) are only $2 or $4 here this month, I get that and have the meat put "on the side" and feed it to my dogs later. So, basically I get a veggie sub and sometimes have a little marinara and oregano & parmesan put on it. And, I usually ask for extras (no additional fee) of my favorite filling veggies like tomato, green peppers, or spinach.0

Sometimes I just cut them up and eat them raw. Carrot sticks, Celery and Broccoli are my favorite in the moring.0
