Sweet. I know that seems like a long time, but I'd love to be 130 a year from now. I'm currently at 154.0

Well it all started March of this year, I noticed how fat i was considering my height was 5'3 and i was 150 pounds. So what i did I cut fast food like mcdonalds, burger king etc. for 2 months and every single day i would replace my microwavable food with rice and fish but a small amount of rice (fist size portion) and fish (1 half fried fish), and for a replacement of cookies and sweets i ate apples about 4 apples a day and for drinks i would have water and ONLY water no juice or pop and every night i would do sit-up about 25 sit ups a night and i did 25 side crunches and i did that for about 3 months and 20 pounds were GONE! my mistake its been since march till december and i still been doing the same thing i just cut my portions of everything i ate!1

and i'm 5'4.75"0 -
Lin7604 : aww! dont worry! it takes time losing weight! and thats good that you cut out with the fast food and pop with water. Water is an amazing weight loss tool, So keep drinking it! and its okayy to have one day where you eat alot like your christmas party! just make sure the day after you start eating healthy again and working at it!0

Hope to be joining you soon. I'm now at 135.4, but only lose about a pound every 3-4 weeks. Still, I have been under 140 for 7 weeks, where before I would be under 140 for a few days and that start working my way back up again.
You give me hope!0 -

thanks... i have been trying so hard and not succeeding so much.. i find that now it's getting harder just because of the season, x-mas party on saturday then x-mas next weekend and then on the 30th we are leaving for mexico for a 10 day all inclusive trip... MAN that's going to be hard to keep those little measly 3 lbs that i have lost off....0 -
Great job!! Congratulations!0
-
you look FANTASTIC!! I'm around 150 now, and can't wait to get to where you are now. Great work!0

Wow! Amazing You look great. I hope to achieve the same. I am at 150 right now and would like to be 125. I'm 5ft 4in. I am so addicted to pop..it is my weakness. How did you stop drinking it?0

Nice work
your nails are scary as hell
but good job on the weight loss.
I've only lost 23 but it feels good. Keep on keeping on!0 -
Hey Tasha well i just stopped buying pop and thought of the cons about pop! just think of it this way, pop is all sugar and its basically like you consuming 10 tablespoons of sugar into your body and it can rot your teeth enamel away as well (and im sure you dont want to have your teeth looking faded ) and having diabetes, you just have to think of the negative things about unhealthy stuff to stop and like i said water is the best thing to lose weight! and it takes away toxins out of your body and makes you feel full when you get hungry0

it's super hard, well it was for me anyway.... sounds like it was easier for karenlove93 I stopped b/c i knew many others that stopped and dropped 5 lbs within a week or 2, so i thought .. heck that's easy enough..... i was drinking a 2 liter a day, so i thought for sure it would make a difference! WRONG! not a lb for months! so not sure why everyone else seems to lose weight from stopping soda, my dr was really surprised that it didn't change anything for me.0 -
Awww Thank you so much! and you will lose that weight! keep going!0

Yea I stopped drinking for a week once and there was no difference for me either I guess I need to take it out of my diet for good to see a change. I know it is bad for me it just tastes soo good lol0 -

that is what i thought, take it out completely... i didn't have a sip of pop for 3.5 months and not a lb so i figured why deprive myself of my one weakness...... so now i will have it but in moderation,no more 2 liters a day,lol0
