175, which was in December of 2004. Lost 35 pounds with WW and gained almost 20 back before finding MFP this year. Was heading towards a weight I hadn't been in a few years which scared me, so I used MFP to relose over 15 pounds. Now I am back where I want to be, thanks to MFP and all of my MFP friends.0

my biggest was 245 lbs. about 16 years ago. I started MFP weighing 219 lbs. in April 2011, and now weigh 1680
