Max Workout

I've been seeing this Max workout advertised all over the site, so I finally decided to read it. Just wondering if anyone else has tried it. And if so, what did you think of it.

I mean, don't get me wrong, it wouldn't be the first time I've wasted money on something That didn't work/I didn't use, but I'd like to pretend that I'm capable of being an informed consumer once in a while ^_~
