Yes, you need to up your calories, someone else asked this question the other day and I think the answer was to up by 300 cals but i'm not sure that that's an over all guideline, do a little research on it and see what you come up with!0

Good Morning! Yes, absolutely! I was lactating there for a while and noticed the less calaries I ate, the less I produced. So, by all means eat up! Trust me, the more you eat, the more you produce...I know for a fact this is true. Also, drink LOTS of water too. Hope this helps! (I'm still a lactacting mother).0
