Best Cheeseburger in the world-380 calories

I am doing the Flat Belly Diet and tried this recipe today. You take a Sara Lee Thin bun, toast it. Put a peice of Fat free Mild Chedder Cheese meltd, a Morning Star Spicy Black Bean Burger, and a pack of 100 calorie Wholly Guacamole to top it off... OMG very good. And only 380 calories. It doesnt sound like a lot of food but trust me it will fill you up.

Love the spicy black bean burgers!!
I make my own guacamole, super simple and good!
Ripe avacado, smashed up
add:
cut up tomato
onion
fresh cilantro
lime juice
salt
OMG...so much better than store bought! not sure about how much of each ingredient, just kind of go with it and then taste and adjust to your liking.0 -

Sounds yummy! Here's another idea...saute some frozen onions (for convenience), spicy black bean burger cut up, Ole' Extreme Wellness High Fiber wrap (heated), about 2 tbsp. wholly guacomole. Yummy, and filling! Can't remember the calories all together, but not bad at all for lunch or dinner.0

Ohh, this sounds delicious! As does charshel's version. But as I've never ever seen any Morning Star products where I live, I'll have to find a veg pattie as yummy as the MS one sounds! So will be tweaked but I'm sure it'll taste just as delish0
