Good mornin T nice to see you back.
I did all 40 minutes all Jillians banish the fat boost the metabolism last night ( yeah me).
Don't know is I am going to get a workout in tonight a real bad thunderstorm woke me up at 3am so I am real tired right now but I might push myself and go for it.:drinker:

yeah smadag! i know that is a TOUGH workout -- and the girls in the video make it look so easy!! :laugh:
i'm doing well over here- just trying each day to get in some activity and keep the eating in check!
last night i did BL cardio level 1 and rode bike for 15 mins- burned 500+ cals! woohoo (i think i might have cancalled out the snacking at the after work party!)
tonight i have my pilates class - and gotta start packing too! :sad: :sad:

I stayed well within my calories yesterday. Didn't get in any exercise but small baby steps.
I am determined to drink lots of water today and stay within my calories. I plan on exercising too.

glad to see you back on track memaw! we all fall off every now and then, but the important part is to get right back on! proud of you! :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:0 -
morning ladies.
Got in 35 mins on Arc Trainer and then 20 mins on the treadmill. Took me to 13/30 exercise days. Plus - there's a very handsome and sweet guy who works at my gym and yesterday said he was really starting to notice my weight loss!! :blushing: :drinker: :blushing: That felt good...
Although when I got on the scale this morning it still hasn't moved and I've been getting the exercise in and keep up with my cals - so who the heck knows! Just one more thing of stress to add to my life. :grumble:
Things are crazy right now but I'm more determined than ever. so I suppose that's a good thing.

Yeah I am due for my 'monthly measurements' check-in tomorrow. I'll probably do it tonight. I did get mine when I started - however I'm not exactly sure if the firsts ones were totally accurate as I did them myself and the measurements may have been off a little in places like the bust, waist, and hips. WHo knows - at least I've LOST since then, so that's a plus! :blushing: :drinker:0 -

Going for a quick fix on the elliptical at lunch today 30 minutes - better than nothing which is where I was leaning because there's too many directions to head today.
Today is day 17 of 30...keep working hard ladies everyday you chalk up there is a victory in itself! :smooched:0 -
