Off the wagon...

I'm starting to notice a pattern with my falling off of the wagon on my exercise. I'm so anal about wanting to keep my 90 day routine that now that I've missed some days I want to start all over. I'm pretty sure I could just redo the week, but I would know that I didn't do a perfect 90 days. I guess I'm a wacko. Anyone have any ideas on how to lessen my wacko need to have to get an A+ on my exercise?

It's the excuse you give yourself to stop then start over. I used to do it too. When you fall off the wagon pick up where you left off; it might be harder and you'll want to just go back to the beginning. Just keep going and after you pick up where you left off a few times it will be easier to stay on track.0
