sweet tooth stalling weight loss?

Recently I've developed quite a sweet tooth and my weight loss has stopped. I have stayed under my cals everyday as usual but for some reason have gone from being a savory lover to sweet. I never used to eat fruit now I eat quite a bit and I just can't resist anything sweet be it good or bad for you.
So as the title says could this be stalling my loss?

If you're satiating your sweet tooth with fruit I don't see that as a problem. I eat a LOT of fresh fruit and am losing.0
