posting recipes, and yes I tried search

Help, I can post pictures, I can post a topic, but I can't seem to post the ingredients like it looks in my diary and I know some of you guys can... could anyone point me in the right direction... pretty please?!?!

    When I copy and paste it all just comes up gobbledegook. I want to copy and paste that section of my diary with the bluebackground and everything in place. I can't explain very well :cry:

    I think most people just take a screenshot of the recipe in their diaries and post it as an image.. But I may be wrong as I've never done it myself x

    Yes, I would think a screenshot would work best.
