118lb gone forever ~~ with pictures

Hey ya'll, In 11/08 i got on the scale and there was a 3 infront...and my heart sank, i had no idea how i had gotten this big. I didnt understand. I was 17 years old and over 300 pounds.
That was the moment it all started, it was a slow process, life changing, I had to learn. I am young, i know this. I want lots of children, and i want them to be healthy. I went out there and got some skills to get my weight down, and understand diet and nutrition.
and here i am today 20 years old. and 191 pounds. I am so happy about my body, I feel amazing. i fit into size cloths i thought i never would. Once some more funds come in i want to shop at store's i never thought i would shop at,

Starting wt- 12/08 : 309 BMI: 51
current wt-12/11: 191 BMI: 31.8
Total loss of 118 and a diffrence of 19.2 for my BMI
