I had one of my favorite food combinations for breakfast this morning: beans and eggs.

My wife hates me. I'm a ticking timebomb now. Happy Friday, folks.

Any favorite foods that have deadly consequences? What food combination creates your "Perfect Storm"?

Corned beef and cabbage have similar results in my home.

I can't deal with really high-fat meals anymore. (Gallbladder removed.) Last week I had eggs earlier in the day and then went out for Indian food. Results were not optimal.

You sir in trouble, it appears that you ate the yolks, ate some diary and ketchup is chock full of sugar, so a triple whammy of things that Dr Oz told me were bad for you

    Nicely done EEG.

For me, apparently it's chipotle burrito bol followed immediately by 11oz of greek yogurt and whey protein followed by several pieces of fruit (fiber) and then some waffles, but I think the waffles didn't really do anything.

Deviled eggs give my brother gas. Of course he eats them nonstop when he comes over for holiday dinners.
  • At least you won't die from drowning. All that gas will make you float like a buoy.

    EEG in an hour.

Pizza and beer, it's the one-two punch combo. Kind of like getting hit with two haymakers

Replace the ketchup with a good hot sauce and put it on a burrito and I am totally there.

My standard breakfast is a 4 egg omelet with peppers, onions and mushrooms with Salsa and Cholula hot sause. Sometimes I add a slice of toast and sometimes a corn tortilla.

FYI - my cholesterol is under 140. Lucky genetics, I guess.

We can tie strings to your limbs, EEG -- and relive the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade.

Mine would have to be bananas. When I used to make smoothies with a bunch of overly ripe bananas, holy mother of bloat. I could keep the house warm for days after.

My old roommate still reminds me of a particular incident with deviled eggs. I think I ate about a dozen of them. Those things are evil!

Spinach. I can't eat it. At all. I was using like half a bag in my shakes, and when I figured out that's what it was, I quit immediately. All better :-P

Way to many foods to name...but examples are Dairy, mashed turnips, energy drinks, spaghetti squash. The only thing i do leave out of my diet is the dairy and energy drinks, the rest I just apologize for later.
