    I add creamer and splenda every day. I measure it and log it. I used to drink a whole pot of coffee. Well sence I have been logging everything in. I only have to cups of coffee and log it. Its just enough, I don't need all that coffee that I was drinking. I did realize that when I was drinking all that coffee I didn't eat want to eat.

    I do like my coffee dark and strong enough to stand a spoon up in. Although, I do admit to partaking in the addition of some eggnog this time of year.

    I grew up with a mom who drank it black, and that's the way I like it too. Iced, espresso, turkish, or just regular, I always drink it black. Now I want a cup of coffee! yum <3
