When you learn how to resize, will you tell me too!?!?! :-)0

sure, i used the sticky in this forum, think it's the one with the "pics heavy" in the title. It tells you how to resize. I used photobucket so the option was in to resize to 550.0

I wish i had something different to bring to the table but here's what worked for me:
MFP set me on 1600 cals per day which i stuck to.
Having a cheat day once a week to keep away any bingeing during the week.
I ate back my exercise calories
i do cardio 4-5 days a week, mainly jogging and stationary cycle for 40mins to 1 hr per day. Running burnt off a lot of cals for me, i'd run 10k 3 times per week and burn around 800-1000 calories per session. Having a gps watch helped me set distance and pace goals which were fun to try and beat.
Homemade soup is a great way to lose weight, usually chunky vegetable with added fish or chicken.
Lots of green tea, around 6 cups per day and black coffee.
I love doing bicycle crunches for my abs and holding a plank position.
Hope this helps1 -
