Hello everyone. This is my first post but I am really struggling. I had lost 20 pounds down to 115. Just recently I am have been going through a divorce, moving cities, moving jobs and have been emotionally eating. Now I am back up to 119 and having a really hard time getting back on track. I am depressed which is making it even harder to get back on track with my diet.

Does anyone have any advice or motivation? Diet plans? To help me get back on track? I really need it. Im afraid all the weight will come back if I dont stop this now.

What I did, I printed a picture of me at my heaviest and hung it on my bathroom mirror. I look at it every morning and it reminds me of where I was. I also make sure I think about everything I eat and log it here, I found that when I didn't pay attention to what I was eating I always over ate. Why did you want to lose weight to begin with?

4 pounds is nothing! Just make the decision that you are done & it's time! There are no tricks or diets to follow. When you are ready to do this, you will! Stay within your calorie goal, make healthy food choices whenever possible and get some exercise! It's that simple!

    You can do this!!!!!
