hi everyone, this is my first day on mfp after reading about it through fitness blogs. i started my weight loss journey nov 1st but have had some struggles staying on track. i try not to count calories but that seems to end up in a binge every few days. i'm hoping that tracking and seeing my daily food intake and exercise will keep my motivated not to ruin my hard work with a dumb binge. SO tired of feeling like crap after a binge, like today which is why i've decided to joing mfp. i'm 22 and looking to lose about 30 lbs (first goal). i'm hoping to meet some people with similar goals! feel free to message me
