I need to post this to remind myself how far I have come in such a short time. Three years ago I weighed 401 pounds and I was hospitalized because of pre-ecampsia with my twins. I started MFP on 9/15/11 at 341.6 and have lost 47 pounds--then gained back 1.6 pounds yesterday. It is all worth the effort.

    What a HUGE difference already! You HAVE to keep pushing, think of your children as you are loosing this weight. They need a healthy mom.

    You can do it, don't forget the reasons you started this journey.

    WOW! Congratulations on the weight loss - it really shows in the photos. What a great Christmas present to yourself and your family!!! I look at my own journey and try to imagine what NEXT Christmas will be like, as I hope to be at my goal weight by then. Just imagine what great successes 12 more months can bring you!!! Great job!!
