Ok... Let my son pick for dinner, we were in town for his viola lesson, and he had a few things he wanted to pick up from Wal-Mart. Then, he had to meet at the theater for 7 to watch the new Star Trek movie. No time to come home, that's for sure...
So, enough of the explanations, he picked Beef-a-Roo for dinner. I had a small cheeseburger deluxe, small onion rings, and a small storm (basically slush and ice cream blended together, yummmm!). The small at Beef-A-Roo was 10 oz (I used a measuring cup to check when I got home, lol).
Anyways, on the Beef-A-Roo website, I found calorie counts for everything but the storm. So, google being a girl's best friend, I searced for nutrition values on slushies blended with ice cream. The only one I found was on the Sonic site. But all it says is a regular for size. Anyone know how big a regular is? Just so I know and all... lol

Try Dairy Queen. Artic rush freeze (slushie blended with ice cream)
Small (397 grams) 440 calories
397 grams = 14 ounces
So approx 316 calories in 10 oz freeze0 -
Thanks, we don't have a dairy queen, and the website just made it look like a slushie. I did put in 266 calories for it, because that was what Sonic had... Better to be close. It was funny though, that one meal, even though I got smalls of everything, was more calories than the 4 meals before it added together. Good thing we don't eat fast food very often. Too spendy! Both in cash and calories...0
