Hello guys,
Find a lot of my supporters are from the USA which is fab! But the time zones are way out and wondered if anyone from the UK was around to motivate/be motivated?
Currently got my kcals at maintain level and shoot for anything below this until January (Tis the season to be jolly & all..)
