put whatever meat and veggies you have in it before work and it will be ready when you come home0 -
I work 55+ hours a week too, once a week grill/broil a bunch of chicken breasts (i have gotten the precooked ones before too). I add 3-4 oz chicken, half a bag of frozen california veggies, 3 tbls teriyaki sauce and mix with 2 oz pasta- Chicken lo Mein in the time it takes to cook the pasta. I also have change the pasta for cooked rice (instant or make when you cook chicken). I've also subbed the teriyaki sauce for Low fat alfredo sauce. I am a HUGE fan of having dinner on my plate in less than 20 minutes, feel free to add me for my dinners (warning my lunch is ALWAYS subway- I work there)0
