    For anyone asking about my diet and exercise regimen; I don't necessarily do things the "right" way, but it works for me. I eat lots of frozen meals and I don't eat breakfast (gasp, I know). My goal is to achieve a healthy weight and then I'll worry about eating the "right" foods. This won't work for everyone, but it's working for me :) Oh, most of my exercise is done on my elliptical. I also do Dance Central on the Xbox. Hope that gives you a bit of insight into my weight loss journey so far.

    You look great! And thanks for posting how tall you are. Alot of people do not realize that makes a HUGE differance. A 5'2 person is not going to look the same as a 5'7 person at any weight! Good jobe!
