I'm trying to up my protein and am looking for really good 'clean' protein bars and shake/smoothie recipes. I've found a few online, but everything I have tried I do not like! What are your favorite recipes?

I love the MET RX protein bars... not the colossal ones - those have too much sugar.
And the pure protein chocolate peanut butter bars are fantastic.0 -
Protein shake
In a blender add:
ice
Coconut Milk (So Delicious or Silk)
Chocolate Protein Powder
Almond / Cashew or Peanut butter
Hershey's Special Dark Cocoa
1 raw egg (optional) or banana (optional)
You can add shredded unsweetened coconut flakes or coconut oil or flax oil (omega 3-6), instant coffee (I usually buy Mount Hagen organic instant coffee).0 -
I make a protein shake with ice, a tablespoon of natural peanut butter, half a scoop of Met RX chocolate protein powder, a tablespoon of unsweetened cocoa powder, and enough water to bring it together. The cocoa powder is key because it hides the weird flavor of the powder and makes the shake really chocolately and decadent (but it's only 10-20 calories per tablespoon so you're actually fine). The shake is 175 calories and really filling.0

My latest:
small banana (frozen if I remember to freeze it)
1/2 cup almond milk
scoop vanilla protein powder OR peanut butter chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup fat free greek yogurt
2 T better n butter peanut butter (low fat, half the calories)
enough ice to make it like a milkshake
It's really good and a nice change from the frozen strawberries/protein powder I'd been using. I'm going to add cocoa next time and see how it turns out!0 -
I do:
1/2 cup coconut kefir
1/2 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup frozen mangos/pineapple/papaya/strawberries
1 scoop choc shakeology
1-1.5 cups of ice
I blend mine super thick until it's like soft serve icecream and eat it with a spoon, lol! Message me if you want more variations of this.0 -

I like performize chocolate protein shake - yummy taste
30 gr protein 3g fiber 1g sugar and lots of vitamins included0 -
I like 1/2 cup milk (almond, cows), 1/2 cup plain, nonfat yogurt, 1-2 tablespoons natural (unsweetened) peanut butter, and a scoop of Lifetime Whey protein, chocolate or vanilla.
I have also used 1/2 cup frozen fruit instead of the peanut butter.0
