Curious to know if anyone has had success with the Body Type Diet. The theory seems like it would work...really looking for feedback!
Thanks!

I just googled and it says I need to 'balance my tastes' rather than counting calories/fat/fiber/etc. Claims once you understand taste your relationship with food changes. Says you can redistribute weight from your problem areas. And I could not find any info saying they actually have scientific evidence that it works. Looks like the main draw is to figure out your body type but they give no evidence that it really matters, and after all that you choose one of four low-calorie diets with very specific foods you're supposed to eat to make your body type lose weight. Sounds very gimmicky.0

Thank you for another set of eyes on this! I've been reading the book and it follows pretty closely to the eating plan that my trainer has suggested.
For me, I need to eat more protein, more veggies and less refined sugar and fruit. I am worried about the limited food choices because it seems like I would get bored after a while BUT, with that said, I think that I need to be more strategic about my food choices because I tried Weight Watchers and it didn't work for me...I actually gained weight.
Wish me luck...I'll keep you posted!0
