    If you want it, you will get it. Im new to the site, but started in september and have lost almost 70 pounds and have built good muscle in the process. Follow this everyday and it will help you get there

    Welcome! As long as you stay within your calories and keep track of what you eat, you will do fine. The key, for me, is to mark everything down that I have eaten throughout the day. I love this site and the others on the MFP site are wonderful. They encourage, motivate, and help to keep you accountable for what you are doing. Feel free to add me as a friend.
