Its been quite the journey for me - and it definately isnt over yet. I like to post these photos for myself every now and then - to remind myself how far I have come - and that there is no turning back.
If you have EVER doubted yourself - though "no - I cant lose weight" It isnt true. I thought I was obese and miserable for life. If I can do this - anyone can - you are the only obstical in your way.
At my heighest 315 lbs:
Pre:MFP 12 months ago 286lbs
Dressed up for the gym : 218lbs
at the least I hope I can ispire you - let you know that you too can do this
