...hope im allowed to post this but has anyone used the Roca Lab Formula? if so did you get good results and were able to keep off the weight?

    looks extremely overpriced and the ingredients are really some fiber, glucose and malto. you can get the ingredients in bulk for much cheaper if you wanted
