I am going from couch potato to runner. I have started training. Today I did interval training on the treadmill for 25 minutes. My body feel so heavy when it runs. What should my maximum heart rate be?

Congrats on your training! When is your first 5k? Your max heart rate depends on your age. Here are two calculators that I found online.
