Wondering what you all are doing and preparing to eat on Christmas Eve?

    South Beach Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti squash and a salad. And perhaps a glass of wine. Haven't had any since Thanksgiving.

    Tamales, rice, beans. We always have tamales on Christmas Eve, ever since I was a kid. The kids and I are going to make them later this week.

    Christmas Eve is my mother-in-law's birthday party. I'm not sure what we're having since father-in-law is preparing it. Should be good though!

    Cheese and Crackers, Smokie Links in BBQ sauce, Ham, Mashed Potatoes and Gravy, Candied Sweet Potatoes, Green Bean Casserole, Broccoli, Rolls, Cheesecake, Cookies, Cake, Beer, Wine. SOMEONE HELP ME!!! LOL!

    Christmas eve is always seafood. Always have lobster, oysters and I'll be making a linguine vongale and a big anti pasta tray.......coconut curry muscles etc.
