fighting off diabetes

Hi
Ive been diagnosed stage 2 diabetes but doc reckons if I can shift a stone or two I wont need medication so Im up and running (so to speak) lol
I'm vegetarian so eating lotsa veg and being very careful.We've changed to skimmed milk amd Im doiung agility classes with the gorgeous Mr Pickle (choc lab).
My biggest downfall is snacking all evening, I have low calorie treats but i know I still eat too many !!!!!
I lost 7lb week 1, 2lb week 2 and nothing this week !!!
So!!!!!
Startying anew and upping the excersise !!!
