Hey Everyone,
I have been on finess pal for several weeks and I love it. I have been a bad girl for the past week and did not count my calories....but now I am and trying to watch what eat.

I work out 5 days a week doing cardio and strength training......have not seen much result by the scale but I do in how I feel and how things are fitting.

Looking forward to blogging more
