2012 New Year Resolutions

What are your health/fitness resolutions?!

Here are a few of mine:

1) Commit to the gym at least 3 times a week, no matter how crazy life may get.
2) Stop binging on the weekends and eat clean all around.
3) Make lifting a priority.
4) Eat more fish!
5) Learn to love my body.

    I can't believe it's nearly 2012!
    Mine are:

    - No more takeaways
    - Stop weekend binges
    - Run 3 times a week, even when I'm home

    I travel heaps with my job and when I'm away I eat well, and run and practice yoga nearly every day, but when I'm at home I eat nothing but bagels and takeaways, and forget to work out - so I need to stop the home/away mentality I seem to have haha.

    1. Get down to 12½ stone (
    2. Complete a marathon
    3. Get a body that I'm happy with
    4. Live life to the full - don't worry about taking a day or 2 off here or there but make sure to get back on the straight and narrow

    1) gym 3-4 times a week

    2) eat more fruit and veg

    3) Enter Nairnshire Challenge in June (13mile run followed by an 18mile cycle)

    4) be happy with myself....
