I did it!!! After about 8 months, I finally got down to my goal weight!!! :drinker: :bigsmile: :drinker:

    I'm maintaning
    My rec is to up your cals slowly....listen to your body and weigh in weekly!
    When I was loosing I was eating 1490 cals and not really working out too hard
    I've increased my work out and even started running on the treadmill
    Most days I eat between 1800-2000 cals
    I put back on 3 pounds over the Holidays but have kept off about 27 for a year

    thanks guys, I went out and got some new clothes yesterday to reward myself. when I started this weight loss thing, I was wearing a 10 -- yesterday I got my first pair of size 4s! :):love:

    about 7 months... it took a while, but i did it the right way this time, so hopefully it'll stay off!!!
