So, came across those top pictures from july this year, blerg...i feel horrible to of let myself get that big but hey ive made a BIG change! and i will never go back! ive lost a total 24.3kilos so far and a total of 78cms as of december 20th..aswell as 3 bra sizes...im pretty proud ive come this far, its the longest ive actually stuck to something before too =]
hopeing this picture brings some imspiration to lose the weight and that you can do it! even when you really think you cant!
