    Great job! Did you eat your exercise calories? I was going to wait on a lifting regimen until I reached my goal weight, but am rethinking that due to your success.

    Hi, and Thank You,

    I never ate back any exercise calories !
    Start lifting weights now......... muscle burns calories, the more muscle you have, the faster your metabolism is, so you burn more fat just doing the day to day things!!

    Future plan is to keep building lean muscle and get my bodyfat down to 8%

    Not looking to add in any barbell work yet, lifting with heavy dumbbells is working for me at the moment.

    Leg work , I currently do :

    Seated calf raises
    Lunges with dumbbells
    Squats with dumbbells
