new to mfp

hubby and i started our diet 4/28.he has lost 21 and i have lost 16.time for it to start slowing down now.now comes the fun part.not getting discouraged when it doesn't go down.we are shooting for 2lbs a week.we may weigh daily,but i write it down on a weekly basis.he weighed 405 and is 6"2'.wants to get to 250.me i weighed 250 and am 5"1'.i would like to get to maybe 140lbs.we'll see .:ohwell: :smile: :smile:
