Suck it, people !!!!

I'm pretty new here and while I can't use all the tools that our site has to offer, since I'm not actively dieting, I DO want to share something with you all ....about 3 years ago I joined a gym that was sort of like "the baby sister" of gyms - it offered very few classes and very few machines. I did well there, being that I was just looking for something to do during lunch.

When it came time to renew, in April 2011, I switched to the NYSC and take 6 - 10 classes a week. I would like to share with you my progress:

I have lost 6 lbs (128 to 122) , gained an inch of muscle in each of my arms, lost 2 1/2 inches in the hips - and here's the kicker – lost 5 inches from each thigh !!!

Yay me !!

    I'm guessing the title was more in reference to the 'baby sister' gym.

    Yes, the Little Sister gym is definitely on my Naughty List.
    What kind of classes are you doing?

    Sunday
    Spin and Total Body (weights) or bootcamp, rowing and elliptical if possible

    Monday
    Jum rope cardio circuit with weights during lunch
    yoga after work, usually

    Tues
    Kickboxing and Total body after work (but I don't always go)

    Wed
    Spin

    thurs
    I do an abs class during lunch then go back after work for a kickboxing class

    Friday
    bellydancing, if i can get out
