Nothing Else Has Worked........

Hello, my name is Stacy and I'm 25 years old. I have tried several ways to lose weight. I have a lot of weight to lose. I am healthy in pretty much every way, except the weight. I had gone to the gym for about six months/six days a week and tried watching what I was eating but didn't have any success. I expressed my concern with my doctor and he said that my blood work looked great, my blood pressure was normal, and that some people are just heavy. I left so depressed. I have decided that counting calories and working out is probably the only way this is going to work. We'll see. Hopefully I'll find lots of support and success this way. Not sure what to do if this doesn't work.

    I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. A friend of mine had gone through a similar experience. She joined weight watchers and has seen results. This site will be just as helpful, I think, minus the large expence. Keep trying.

    Hi Stacy, Don't get depressed, just keep trying and I think you will succeed. In addition to the calorie tracking & exercise, make sure you drink enough water. That has been the main thing that has really helped me.

    H20 and low sugar low carbs it works if you look for reasons it won't work you will find thousands but the main reason it will work because is you . It's all up to you. I didn't get fat in a day,week,year, it took me 48 yrs to get fat as I am now. So I have to do something about it started a week ago working with a guy who has given me some ideas. First I am going to a dietary specialist to see what supplements to take as in vitamins. I take nothing now .my Trainer gave me a shopping list to take . I won't take any action till the professionals,Dr, Dietitian ect give me there ok. It is a step by step program I take the controls of . Good luck one step each day take the controls it's your choice full steam ahead.
