Ok, I've been at this for 3 weeks and have lost 10 lbs. I try my best to get my workouts on when I can. But with my work schedule I only have one day off so, I try my best to squeeze n a workout the best I can. I look to do something different every time I get a workout in, so I won't get bored with the same routine. Reading others post keeps me motivated. I think if it wasn't for this site I would have gave up by now. Everyone shows so much support and that's what we need. I also didn't think i would ever blog but if this helps me then I will try and post what I feel and think when i can. Thx all for your support stories.
