Weekly VS Daily?

Is it OK to stay under your calorie goal for the week vs for the day? If I am over 1 day but under another, will I most likely get the same results?

IDK!! But I can tell u I hardley ever finnish a day under my goal... I try to get close to it... I am 5 7 weight 246 & eat 1390 cal... I don't always workout but try to at least 3 days a week.. I am still losing about 2 pds a week maybe a little less a week.. Hope that helped anyway..
  • Some days you will be over some days under, as long as your average for the week is within range then I don't see how that would be a problem or hinder your weight loss.

Yes, as long as your weekly stays under. Many people agree that zig zagging calories like that is actually better. I am trying it myself to see how it goes.

Although I'm on maintenance now, I actually go by weekly and not daily (net calories). I count daily, but it's the weekly total I aim for.

Some days I'm really hungry, other days not as much. It's more important to listen to your body than trying to reach a certain number.
