    How the !@#$ did you do it? I've been on for 125 days and only lost 18 fricking pounds! I really don't see how I can try to hard and not lose! You are doing wonderful!

    Don't compare it does you no good mentally. Bigger people lose quicker, burn bigger at the gym because we carry more around and have to move all that around while working out. Which bods a larger calorie burn. The more weight we lose the smaller the #'s become, the slower the weight loss (like a smaller person)

    To OG poster, you look fantastic!!! I have a friend who's also lost over 100lbs in less than a year. You have done amazing! keep it up
