Awesome thread posts here. Thanks everyone. So motivating and supportive.
The one common thing that really amazes me is not the change in people's bodies but in their faces and in the eyes in particular.
The before faces and eyes tell such a powerful story of unhealthiness and displeasure.
The after photos...wow the face and eyes come alive!

I agree so much with this post! The look of people who have lost weight is amazing. You can just see the light in their eyes finally feeling better about themselves!0

I agree. I posted a before/during picture earlier today and the eyes sure tell a story...we seem much happier afterwards as well. :bigsmile:0
