no not at all I just stuck to between 1200-1300 cals a day and tried to get in some form of exercise 5-6 days a week. MFP is truly fantastic, just stick with it0 -

thanks, but really all I did was follow mfp 1200-1300 cals a day and exercise 5-6 xs a week, I go to the gym 1-2 xs a week (bike 40mins, treadmill 40mins, eliptical 10mins,and weights) walking 2-4xs a week, and video workouts (mostly leslie sansome ) 1x a week......0 -
