I'm new to my fitness pal and think it's a great way for me to keep track of my weightloss and calorie intake. I'm going to begin living a healthy lifestyle and hopefully keep it up throughout the new year and for life. If I can do this, I can do anything right?

My current eating habits are very disordered but I'm trying to tackle this before it turns into a full disorder.
