Boxing Workout

Options
Just got a heavy bag and gloves for Christmas, need some workout ideas so I'm not out in the garage just fooling around! Anyone else box? Tips?

    No but the trainer I intern with was a fighter...I'll have some ideas for you in January I'm sure :)

    when i started out i did three mins of jabs/straights rest a min then three mins of hooks/uppercuts rest a min then three mins of 3 punch combo bob n weave, i did just that a couple days a week after i got done lifting weights it was pretty good now that my shoulders are used to throwing punchs and dont tire out as fast im gonna start doing muay thai(thailand kickboxing) after the new year
