1200 calories per day
35 minutes work outs I have lost 4 pounds and 6 ounces this week.

Started at 1980 calories, down to 1890.
Lost 31.5 pounds in the 9 weeks since starting.

Started July of this year, currently down 29 pounds.......only 2 pounds to my goal! Very excited!!! I exercise at least 35 minutes 4 days a week. My calories are set at 1450 by my choice. It's working for me . My December goal is to maintain....so far so good.0
