Military Spouses

My husband just got back in August and I have gained some weight since. At first it was because he was home and I didn't want to get up and wake him up with the treadmill or elliptical on, or just didn't want to get up if I didn't have to. I am still having some trouble with that, but he is starting to want to work out as he has gained some weight as well, so hope it gets better. No where near where I was when I started all this almost two years ago, but don't want to get on that slippery slope. I am also starting school back in January, So I am going to be stressed even more. I am going to try to keep up the exercise though, and not let my eating get out of hand. Good luck everyone!
