    hardboiled eggs are awesome -- i usually start my day off with one or two, fruit juice, and fat-free milk -- it's a great start to my day.

    i also love peanut butter in the morning. either way, it's a pretty big dose of protein to get my day going and both are simple and quick!

    south beach living high proein cereal bars! the cinnamon raisins flavor is amazing!!! it only has 120 calories and it is very filling.
